Forgive me for saying this and be sure to delete this if you want.. But if you are going to ask retail or almost Retail for items that you tested without some discount why not buy something that might or might not be damaged.. I have never said this before but that Case that I bought from you.. The Cooler Master Storm Trooper that you did not know how to take off the front Bezel and broke off most of the hooks.. I had to Velcro those.. I didn't gripe because the cases were very rare at the time an I wanted to be the first to ever Mod one so I did not say a thing. but that is why I don't buy much from you.. you ask too much and the Case I got was damaged.. Don't worry .. I understood and forgive you but that is just the Truth man.. Sorry if it sounds negative and you have the power to Delete this to keep you image clean but it happened and if you want to know why .. then take this to heart. Please.. Peace be with you.. amen
I wish you had mentioned this earlier, as this is why I use Fed Ex with insurance. That chassis was not broken when I had it or shipped it. It may have easily been dropped and the impact sheared them off. I would have gladly got this covered with the insurance and at least repaid you for the chassis!
As for the pricing, it is more of a reference, since everyone here works some sort of an angle to get a better deal, as do I. Also I don't keep up with current pricing after I list these products. If pricing is an issue, I have never made an issue with people sending a PM with a lower priced link and asking me if I can beat it. I will say this though, it is rare as of late that anyone has paid my asking price.
If we do business again, I would appreciate a heads up if something was to get damaged. I take pride in what I send out, and try my best to get things to customers in one piece. Sometimes the inevitable happens, but I do cover both myself and the customer with insurance every time I send a product out.
Sorry for any inconveniences you had to go though with the Trooper. I also have no issue with you posting what you did, I can't hate on honesty!
