It sounds like the app was deleted or moved. You need to delete the shortcut.

Note according to the error, that is the QuickLaunch "toolbar" and not the Taskbar. What version of Windows is this?

If you are sure the program is installed, then you need to find its executable (.exe file) via the Start menu or with File Explorer. Right click on it and select "Send to" then "Desktop (create shortcut)". Then drag the new shortcut down to the QuickLaunch toolbar.

If the program is no longer installed, you will need to install it again, then add the shortcut to Quicklaunch.

What part didn't you get?

And I ask again, what version of Windows?

Then the suggestions I offered above should work.

If you really mean "Taskbar", you can right click on the icon and select "Unpin from taskbar", then install the program again. If you meant the Quicklaunch "toolbar", right click on the icon and select delete. Then install the program again and add its shortcut.
