Hi :)
sorry bad english

First problem

PS2 Model : 77004
My friend PS2 showing lot of dots on screen. we try to do this:

- clean PS2 by push air machine
- change PS2 lens
- change AV cable, by the way that cable works fine on other PS2
- change TV
but useless

The strange thing is when that PS2 turn On TV channel get that dots every thing in tv gets dots, but when PS2 turn off every thing works fine :wtf:

please check this photo : http://imageshack.us/scaled/landing/856/picture1la.jpg

Second problem

PS2 not power up. I try to change PC Power, but useless

I see there is some thing broken but not sure

please check this photo : http://imageshack.us/scaled/landing/41/picture2tg.jpg

So, Could this make the problem?

Also I have general question
Is there any difference in lens, power reset switch and Power Reset Ribbon Switch Cable between 90004 & 77004?

Thank in Adv
I appreciate your help ^_^

Is this for just one PS2 or two different PS2's?

For the first problem, the one last thing I would try would to remove the heatsinks and replace the thermal paste.

For the second issue, that indeed looks like a physical failure of some sort and most likely the cause of whatever issues.

Do you think its need hot air or something like that ?
