I thought we could have a thread just for PS4 Games, Accessories, sales News or Anything related to PS4. If you know a good deal or heard about a good game (ps4 only) we can talk about it here and those looking for the product can benefit from the deal whether it be about PS 4 accessory, controller, console itself, game or online sales on the online store

Been playing Rainbow Six: Siege online with friends. Good game, but very unforgiving. Just so easy to die.
Overwatch: lots of fun in online play. Feels a bit like Unreal Tournament.
The Last of Us. Rated zombie horror game that's a PS4 exclusive.

That's it, I've not played any other games on it yet. I've got the PS4 Pro btw.

lol yeah, way too easy. I can last all of 10-20 seconds sometimes.

Sometimes I just wanna explore the map and slope off, leaving my teammates to it. We've actually won rounds somewhat unconventionally when we're defending. The enemy's killed off everyone but me, but they don't know where the objective is or where I am (hardly expecting me to be out back gawping at the scenery) the clock ran down and that's how we won. I'd get it in the ear from my teammates, but the win was everything.

Finished my 1st playthrough of Resident evil 7,will be planning on doing 2 more runs somepoint in future to get platinum trophy as i am aiming for double digit platinum trophy on my account by this year. Currently playing Nioh which is a mixture of Ninja Gaiden and Dark souls which is fantastic game but only downside is Teamninja ruined the coop play.

Difficulty wise about the same as soul series if you're familiar with the core strategy on how to play these type of games.

I really liked the dark souls series, it is one of my fav. I never get bored of it. Seems like I would also like Nioh

Shouldn't this thread be changed to Playstation discussion or something? Or wasn't there one before in the club section which was dedicated to PS3 owners.

You are right. I started the group initially for news and deals related to Ps4 and it became a group where people also started talking about games. I changed the title. We can discuss anything related to PS4

I'm planning to get a ps4pro soon but it's very scarce in my country right now (100+ people on waiting list at each store). Ordering from e-shops is out of the question since the tax & shipping fee can easily double the price.

Looks like I'll be stuck with my old PC for a while, not that I'm complaining. There are still dozen of games on my backlog now that many console games are released on PC as well (like Nier Automata and Tekken 7).

Still waiting for FF15 PC though.

Be awhile before Square-enix decide to release it on PC really, Nier has caught the other half attention though and Tekken 7 looks promising but fighting games are not the same anymore.

Some of the best games I have played so far are Nioh and FFXV on the PS4 - I just pre-ordered Horizon: Zero Dawn which has been getting AWESOME reviews and looks fantastic.

Does anyone here still play Destiny at all?

Also is there a way to make a TPU community group within PS4?

Should check out Bloodborne if you're into Soul series,i'll be picking up Horizon zero dawn very late in year as i have too many backlogs to go through at the moment, you can make a group/community on PS4 just matter who starts it. My PSN is in my sig so if anyone does make one do invite me to the group,i'm on the PS4 near enough every evening UK time playing Nioh with the other half atm.

@kurosagi01 Agree on the souls series - totally worth it for those that haven't experienced the frustration of death. I have found Nioh to be extremely easier to play than that of Bloodborne / Dark Souls I & II.

I'll try to setup a community today if I get home in time. I am usually on at nights, EST here. Been trying to get my Destiny grind on before Destiny 2 drops sometime this holiday season..

Nioh Twilight mission is a different ball game if you go in unprepared, i tried doing twilight mission 5 yesterday and got rekted hard for not having a fire weapon prepared and magic isn't casting fast enough as i haven't unlocked it yet.
As for Destiny i've got my platinum for that game few months ago and decided to retire from playing it as i got fed up with Activision screwing us over with their season pass/expansion bull crap, doing raids and nightfall was a lot fun though and crucibles was also fun but the lack of things to do gets tiresome. The Taken king was the last time i played Destiny as i couldn't be bothered with the latest expansion which offers bare minimum again and trying charge silly money for it.

I have yet to power through those Twilight missions, been way to intimidated by the 5 swords difficulty to really dive into it! Good to know. I am hoping for some Co-op soon. Think that's on the horizon for future updates..same with some PvP.

Honestly I lost interest in Destiny earlier around Taken King as well, but the new expansion kinda rejuvenated me, it is a great shooter for the PS4 - kind of my go to. I also wasn't hardcore into it.. Never managed to max out a character. I do find doing a solo grind my mind checks out after about 5 minutes... swear i am developing ADD as an adult.

it's on my "Buy" list but I can't justify the $60 bucks. I figured maybe a black Friday deal if its cheap enough.

Some reviewers said it's a nice refresh of the series since they moved it over to first person, and the PSVR is incredible on it. But I have yet to try it first hand.

The twilight mission rotates everyday so keep an eye out on it and Destiny just dropped for me after seeing the latest expansion. As for RE7 which i bought brand new for nothing as i traded few games in for it. I personally would wait for it to drop in price, the game is only 10 hours at best if you go for all the collectables in normal/easy mode but if you're thinking of platinum the game then that will probably take 25-30 hours. Its a fantastic game though and worth a purchasing though.

EDIT:
Just thought i'll share my PS4 collection so far:

Last time I tried creating a broad discussion thread it was sent to the club area to die, so not sure this will last.

I got Horizon Zero Dawn in today, not sure when I'll get around to playing it but looked really good.
