Please help!!!!!! Issue with blue screen of death.

My friend just got a brand new pc, and each time he starts to play a game after about 30 minutes, his pc freezes, and then his keyboard and mouse go black audio cuts out, and then the pc just goes black until the blue screen of death.
Does anyone have any recommendations or things he can do to help fix this issue?

Check the temps (all of them, CPU,GPU,Chipsets,etc.).

If you can't figure it out call Dell/Alienware and talk to support... you might need to RMA it.
Since, it is new, I would not mess with anything to void the Warranty.

Yes. Return it - NOW! Before he does something to it that voids the warranty.
