Please help with Powercolor X800GTO 16 pipelines

I have this video card: PowerColor X800GTO 256Mb/256 bit DDR3, PCI-Express, Dual DVI, VIVO
The chipset is R430.
I have attached some atitool prin screens.
Can it be unlocked to 16 pipelines?

Sry m8 u cant overclock tht version take a look at this page and compair your screenshot
