I've seen it hovering around that price with mail-in-rebate for a little while. I'm waiting for a better deal on cards I guess, because other than that, I don't know of a lot of ones that are better than just being "warm" deals. I think you can find GTX 260's a little cheaper than that on the non-rebated price on Ebay. This isn't a bad deal though.
