The 3700X listed, if the clocks are to believed... 12C/24T @ 4.2ghz and boosts to 5.0ghz..
That would be my choice for my next PC!
Only thing now is to see if IPC improvements have caught up to Intel (or beat it) :D

Oh and also PRICE

I'd just like to clarify, all the specs are identical to the ones leaked by AdoredTV except for 3850x ~ which was also supposed to debut in May btw.

That box is so fake. They only changed the font for the 9, which also doesn't have the right angle and perspective, but the rest of the box is the same?
And then there's a third font?

The 9 box is different from the 7 box. The fan on the 7 box is red (at least mine are), this is black, not that it matters.

Will it be like EPYC cpu's that require you to go into BIOS to turn off some cores in order to play certain games? I know for current EPYC CPU's since there are so many cores, some games can't run right, so you have to go to BIOS and enable a special option so only half the chip is used? Will this be same case for this if it is 10 or more cores? I am considering 8 core one just cause I don't feel like messing with BIOS.

don't forget most PC parts are always more expensive in other countries no matter what, USA prices might still be lower. ;)

Nah that was just on ws chips where 2 of the core ic shared resources to the io. These don't have that many core ic in them and a new io.

A Friday, and a Sunday??? Nope.

AMD isn't obsessed with certain numbers to that extent like their fans are.

They can just remove the NDA on 7/7 + more buyers gonna be at home ready to order :).
I don't thinks any Reviewer will be sad to work on this Review, It's going to be Epyc = "The King is Dead! long live the King!".

Oh ? i thought it was like UNICEF, just for PC gamers.
But that is a pity, since there is no reason to move from a 1151 v2 platform to an AM4 one if the prices are the same. Hope Navi at least offers Vega64 performace for Vega56 price.

Yeah but why the obsession with this specific date? What's the point? 7 nm isn't enough reason to schedule it for a Sunday.

You can make up reasons for why it could happen, but historically it's been a rare choice. Yuo know, TPU and most other sites have less news on the weekends, if any at all.
TPU last Sunday: No news, no review links.

But the reviews could be ready week before- only making the articles/Videos live on 7/7.
And they wont miss 7/7 for worlds first 7nm on their 50th year anniversary.
