Post the idle temperature of your CPU

27-28C depending on the core. Room temp is 21c.

13°C (Intel 12700KF + air cooling + OpenBSD -current + ITX case). The room temperature is around 11°C.

I use fractal design DEFINE NANO S Window -- ARCTIC F14 (intake) -- fractal design Dynamic GP-14 (intake) -- DeepCool AG500BK ARGB -- RF120W (CPU) -- RF120W (exhaust).
Why's the room temperature only 11 C?

Ryzen 7600 and a Be Quiet Pure Rock 2, hovering around 50C (package, cores 33-35C) and 30W... Seems a lot for idling as much as is possible.

Here is one I did a couple weeks ago, benching CB R23.

Radiators in open window with outside air ~32°F (0°C). Ambient is temp sensor outside.

62C on my 9800X3D @ 16W total package power with a so-so 4-pipe 120mm cooler @ 0 rpm, all 3x 120mm front case fans on my Silverstone Fara F1 off.

Arctic MX6, Ambient 26C.

usually 35C in a 20C Ambient

5800X3D with custom loop watercooling running the Ultimate Performance power plan.
CCD0 is the highest temp of all the available temp sensors in the cpu at 34C. With a solid 18C ambient room temp right now.

I fell asleep with the Window cracked. The temp outside is -9 C. I am downloading a huge update for Vermintide 2 and my Core temps are 28 C. I turned off the IGPU as well and that seems to have lessened the power draw on the CPU package. What is truly impressive is the GPU on Water at 22 C. I love Computing in the Winter.

Second rig at home office: 5700x w/stock settings sits at 25°C in idle (room temp 22°C ) with mesh case (Endorfy ARX Air). An oversized Thermalright Frost Spirit 140 cools it down. Here is the FS140 in action (it's an Intel example with the 13900K, but should give you an idea how it performs in general):

The green line is the FS140 - performs somewhere between a vanilla AIO240 and 360 - this cooler is complete overkill for the 5700x, but I don't care :)

~45C if I have just HWInfo64 open and do nothing. 5800X @ PBO +200, -20CO and cooled with Eisbaer 360 with 2x ML120 + ML120Pro fans with quiet-ish profile.

edit: 23C ambient

I love this old rig just because it has been with me forever and it is just ridiculous. My ryzen system has never been weird like this rig.

I remember when I got my FX 8350 to test out. At the time I was running an i7 920 with a small OC on it - 3.2 GHz. I ran the 8350 for a few months, but it wasn't significantly faster then the 920. I ended up upgrading to a i7 3770k and gave the FX 8350 w/ Sabertooth 990FX board to my brother to replace his old Phenom II X4 965. The 8350 has since made it back to me and is paired with a couple of GTX 560 Ti cards in SLI. When I get home, I'll have to power it up.

NZXT CAM typically reports 32-33C or so at idle, which I think might actually be the coolant temperature in the Kraken loop.

This one takes advantage of the lower ambient in the basement.

Being that its winter I've seen some pretty low idle temps lately. Lowest I saw was 22c package. I didn't screenshot it though... this is what it looks like right now... its a bit warmer today than some other days.

EDIT: Ah! I didn't capture the 22c, but I have a screenshot of 24c taken completely accidentally while doing something else.

Gosh I remember back in the day my old FX-57 would idle at 4c in the middle of winter when I had no heating in the house (old house no insulation) Ive never seen a temp that low ever again just on a basic air cooler from AMD.

Thats crazy.

Might not be as impressive, but I did finally catch 22!

I'm just using an artic II 240 with p12 max fans going at it 100%. Nothing else fancy just 2 140mm and 1 120mm for intake and the aio and one 120mm for exhaust.

Idle temps of my 14900KS in a Phanteks NV9 case with two 420mm and one 360mm rads. Running an EKWB Velocity2 block on the CPU. Gotta love WINTER!!!
