2 things, multiplier seems too high and bus speed too low. Is this normal? can someone with a similar laptop confirm?
second, I see the temperature is @ 75c which scares me cause my pc wasn't really doing anything killer. Does this means my laptop may die in a year?
Here is info about my gpu http://pasteall.org/pic/b75387d7b9cf96d52117827ee7604d64
Does everything else looks okey?

Any reason why you think that bus is wrong?

Looks fine. The multiplier in idle should drop, though. If it does not, then balanced power profile (in windows) or power features (like speedstep) might be disabled.

CPU can heat up up to ~100c, and then will thermal throttle - so no need to worry about burning/killing it.
Check how far it gets during load, and if it get really bad - consider opening and changing thermal paste.

This CPU will go to 32 multiplier if temperature is low enough. As suggested replace TIM and blow out dust. Got the same problem with a 2720M/620 but I'm to lazy to deal with it.

Pretty good deal because its a full fat quadcore. But yes, these can get hot; though 75 C is nothing special for them. Once you exceed 90C is when I'd start worrying about additional measures. Just keep it clean.

No. While warm, that is not hot. Remember, your CPU will throttle back in speed before damaging temps occur.

I do NOT recommend replacing the TIM unless this is something you are well versed in doing, and the bond has been broken. While that may give you a few degrees better temps, the potential to cause more damage through mishandling (including ESD) is far greater than the value a few degrees gets you. If you "need" the few degrees a fresh new application gets you to keep from activating thermal protection modes, you have greater issues to deal with first - like ensuring the CPU fan is working properly and ensuring you have good case cooling. If necessary, blast out any heat trapping dust.

It is important to remember TIM never needs to be replaced just because it is X number of years old. It will easily last 10, 15 years or even longer AS LONG AS the cured bond between the heatsink and processor has not been broken. Even if it dries out, the solids left behind are still doing their jobs of occupying the microscopic pits and valley, displacing any insulating air that might get in. Note the only reason TIM even comes in a liquefied form is so it can be easily squeezed out of the tube and spread evenly across the die.

@Miguel2013 - You say this is a "new" laptop. Is that new to you (as in used) or new from the factory? If previously owned by someone else, have you reset the BIOS?

What are your ambient (room) temps?

@Bill_Bright No I have not reset bios why? is this something relevant? I check it through nothing like bus speed to manually set or multiplier, timmings and profiles, is somewhat basic or nothing related to the temps I'm sure else I would have asked here too. I applied dusting off air to it the first day i got it, and it was used yes maybe 5 years old.

Everything seems fine.
Temperatures are definitely reasonable at full load, so you have nothing to worry about.
x32 multiplier is for single-core loads (and only if some conditions are met), so you won't see it that often. Typically it should be x31 for intense single core workloads.
In full multi-core load you won't see it go over x28.
QM/MQ/HQ CPUs are high-performance parts for portable workstations and gaming laptops, so they are faster than mainstream counterparts, consume more power(less battery life), and of course heat up more. The only thing that makes them good is that bad-ass performance and high core count. That 2nd gen i7 is faster than a fastest mainstream i7-6567U. Only the 8th gen SoCs and Ryzen Mobile can finally beat it due to nearly 8 years of progress and finally being able to stick 4 real cores w/ HT into desired TDP envelope.

Looks like you have BIOS version 202.
Seems they may have some updates. The latest looks to be version 208.
Version 204 had an "Update Thermal Policy"

You may want to check into this.

If you bought it used. If new and you did not change the defaults, then I see no need to reset the BIOS. But if used, the previous user may have dinked with the settings.

besides upgrading the firmware, ¿Can I update the graphics card too? I'm having a hard time playing Pes 2019.
My hd5770 on my phenom ii does better. maybe cause the pc has 8gb and this has 6gb but may not be why and is apparently the only significant diference. What brand of Ram elpida kingston samsung or crucial?

The 610m is a fair bit worse than your 5770 if I'm not mistaken.
