Power and GPU utilization <75% sometime even <50%

1440p/60 screen with v-sync on

RTX 2060 Super / 4790K

Sometimes in games my FPS will dip below 60 but watching the stats my GPU power usage and Utilization is only ~75% or sometimes even under 50% for each.

This means I am CPU limited?

If CPU load is maxed out, probably. Depends on the game.

the way gpu handle the videogame is abit strabge now days, i think 2060 super is stable running on 1440p yes, or try using dx12, it happend on re 2 like mine ryzen 3+2060, using dx12 itu run stabe usage both cpu&gpu on 1080p

well turning off v-sync did help somewhat but I prefer how it looks with it on.

I'm experimenting with Control now and is also shows that the GPU is often at under utilization.... you'd think it should be pegged to 100% all the time.
