Power cable

'I am up dating my video card with an ASUS DUAL GEFORCE GTX 1060-6 pin female power plug. I am powering it with a ROSEWILL 1000w PSU can anyone tell me where can I buy the right power cable ? seems that no one has a female for six pin to the video card and an 8 pin to my PSU. can anyone help?

The exact model would be helpful most GPU cables are now 6+2 so you can use for either 6 or 8 pin cards. As for “female“ cables while most designs are similar only Rosewills own cables should be used.

PSU model would help. Exact GPU model would help. Checking your PSU to see if it already has the connectors would help.

You should be able to get a cable that goes from the power supply to a component (like a video card) from the power supply manufacturer.
Such cables are not usually sold separately because each power supply mostly come with an adequate amount of cables.
The cables are also not standartized, this means that different power supplies (even from the same manufacturer) may use cables that are not interchangable. Do not try to use cables that you are not sure will work with your power supply.
