my cable management
specs:
core i5 750 @ 3.8 ghz
4 gigs ddr3-1600 g.skill ripjaws
250gb samsung , 1tb western digital,320 gb western digital
Visiontek 4850
corsair hx 520.
10 fans in total.

now onto my question. I want to get a 5870 will i need to get a new psu for it or iwll my hx520 be enough to power it safely?
now about monitors:
i've been look at the Samsung 2494SW and Samsung 2494HM (is the height adjustable stand and hdmi worth t he extra 30$?) and how is it for gaming? my current lg has a 2 ms response time.
the other monitor i've been look at as well is a LG W2442PA-BF 24IN Widescreen LCD Monitor Black 2MS 10000:1 300CDM 1920X1080 1080P HAS Tilt HDMI DVI.,but i can't find any reviews of it other then on the site i can buy it off of and it is seemingly plagued by dead pixels.

Nice cable management. Looks good.

Kinda close with the 520W.

If it were me (and it has been) i would upgrade. The 750 would be certainly in the safe zone. No question.

Hell yeah! Planning ahead is always good. Once you think your happy, you find new cool stuff, then you wonder...But, if you know you have enough power then let the add ons come! I have the hx750 from corsair and love it.

How's the noise level on the Hx 750?

I think the 520 should be fine for a HD 5870

AMD says 500w or greater. Yours is a 520w, but it's a Corsair, which is a really good brand, and they measure in continuous power, not peak. You should be fine.

"How's the noise level on the Hx 750?"

Its been pretty quiet for me, even under load its been sweetness, no issues thus far.

Thats pretty much what i think as well, but if he wants to crossfire he will need mo powah! I think it will be ok for that particular set up, but...well, we all like to add to the greatness dont we?
