Are my new PSU still good enough for all version of RTX 3070 ti 8gb or RTX 3080 10gb or RTX 3080 ti 12gb.... ??

because in the future, I want to install a 3rd hdd external usb 3.0, 1st or a 2nd SSD sata3, a 5th 1x12cm fan case rgb.....

EDIT: will the second low profile dual channel RAM, which will be attached to my motherboard, clash with my CPU cooler.....??

You have an excellent PSU,

(SeaSonic or SuperFlower as OEM is great)

will the second low profile dual channel RAM, which will be attached to my motherboard, clash with my CPU cooler.....??

Here you go, look for specifications and ram clearances.

i am asking like this, because i am very very concerned about nvidia rtx ampere 3070 8gb - 3090 24gb has spike power consumption, something like this....

https://www.reddit.com/r/hardware/comments/k5lgm4
so, even if i can using a gpu, such as, galax rtx 3080 ti 12gb SG OC or gainward rtx 3080 ti 12gb phoenix on my PC, is that my PSU is still have plenty room for another fan case 1x12cm rgb, a new 1 or 2 SSD sata3, also an external hdd usb3 ..... ??

about that the thread of cpu cooler master and RAM, i am so so sorry...... but, so my cpu cooler can still not clash with 2nd RAM dual channel low profile ....... ??

Hard to tell, a 3070 ti will be fine but a 3080 ti will use almost as much power as a 3090.

Your best bet, if the funds are available to you, get the card to start, and play games, or do whatever you will being to load up the system like crazy for a week or 2, and see if you have the same issues, then decide if you need to upgrade the PSU. One thing to note about that bit you posted, the person doesn't specifically state what the games they were playing were when they saw the crashes, if they had their CPU OCed, and other system specs. One thing to note if they OCed that 10900k heavily, but you don't OC your 10900, you might not have the same issues as your CPU will likely use less power.

this review....

eventhough that card is using 2x8pin or 3x8pin, but they are still recommended PSU 750-850w.....

Transients and power supply recommendation

As I have already proved in detail in my basic article “The battle of graphics card against power supply – power consumption and load peaks demystified”, there are also higher loads in the millisecond range, which can lead to unexplainable shutdowns in the case of unfavorably designed or improperly equipped power supplies. The TBP (Typical Board Power) measured by the graphics card manufacturer or the reviewers alone does not really help in this case for a stable system design.

Peaks with intervals between 1 and 10 ms can lead to shutdowns in very fast reacting protective circuits (OPP, OCP), especially in multi-rail power supplies, although the average power consumption is still within the standard. For this card, I would therefore calculate at least 430 to 450 watts as graphics card load for the normal OC, proportionally to the total secondary power consumption of the system, in order to have enough reserves for the worst case scenario. A short excerpt with higher resolution shows us now the 20 ms measurements (10 μS intervals), as I let them run automatically for value determination:

*** its still very very scary......

850w for a single GPU should be very much fine. Your CPU is a non-K, as well. I wouldn't worry.

since it's not a garbage PSU a mid tier version of a 3090 is totally fine.
a high end one like a strix OC or FTW3 Ultra with the XOC Bios is a big no. (they pull 500W+ non stop with transients higher than the total wattage of your PSU)

I haven't had any shutdowns with my 3080 ti and a Seasonic Ultra Prime Ti 850w with the power limits maxed and it hitting north of 450w. My 5800X and soon to be 5950X use a lot less power than your 10900 although gaming wattage should be similar..... That being said the gaming X trio might be a good option for you the power limit is set to like 380w or if you just stick to the stock power limits on the ftw 3 or strix.....

Other than if you water cool or buy one with a 240/360 aio there really isn't any reason to raise the power limits even maxed out the difference is 2-3% even with my gpu never going over 70c.

Nv has its fair share of problems , i just told you to get the second best AMD card around.

I had a geforce once, switched to ATi and never looked back.

Its your loss for the billion questions, i gave a simple solution.

I haven't had any shutdowns with my 3080 ti and a Seasonic Ultra Prime Ti 850w with the power limits maxed and it hitting north of 450w. My 1250 XM2 Gold is still flawless

Also its unheard of a game killing a gpu, reminds me of detonator drivers and sudden error 43s on gf gpus.

So Ampere for sure is the new Fermi? Any future outlook on nextgen TDP? 550w on a card stock or overclocked is crazy man wtflol. That is serious business. I am sort of glad I haven't been able to get one.. questioning whether I want one :D

So Ampere for sure is the new Fermi? Any future outlook on nextgen TDP? 550w on a card stock or overclocked is crazy man wtflol. That is serious business. I am sort of glad I haven't been able to get one.. questioning whether I want one :D

It actually reminds me more of Hawaii.... 7000 series from AMD only the cards tend to be much better built. My Sapphire Vapor X 7970s were worse than my ftw blower 680s for example thermally.....

My 3080 ti hits around 68-70c so thermals are fine regardless of the wattage used.

My guess is future high end cards will also be high wattage a side effect of both companies being competitive in rasterization.

A 750W has heaps of room for me with a 3090, you'd just need 100W more since you have a hungry hungry hippo... i mean intel.
I dont think my systems gone over 550W, with everything balls to the wall

the only people seeing stupid wattages are the people with crossflashed unlimited powah BIOS

alright, so my PSU is still very safe to handle single rtx 3080 10gb or rtx 3080 ti 12gb (except if that vga has 3x8pin and has requirement of psu 850w) .... ???

That was a solid reply!
I am kicking myself for getting a 750.. but at the time it was pretty much all I could get.

Edit:

Ther was a couple of 850s but a hundreds.. not really much of a game changer.

I think i agree that if its got the 3x 8 pin, you'd want an 850W
Your CPU is hungrier than mine, but its not a K so it has somewhat reasonable limits

The 3080 is a good bit less than the 3090, cause the 14GB of extra VRAM sure chews through some power on its own

after sometime, i choose to buy this vga....

eventhough, that vga has 3x8pin, but the recommended requirement of PSU is only 750 watt, also in the review, that vga has average 470 watt when full load......

but, right now..... how iam going to used the cables ??

3 cables 8 pin or 2 cables with 1 pig tail ??

also, my OS is should be upgrade to update 21h1 or not ?? just for playing pc games and watch the movies......
