Advise a good and reliable power supply for 1kW that would not have problems with extraneous sounds, etc.
Case Asus Prime AP201
Inno3D X3 GeForce RTX 4070 Ti video card.
I'm looking at a price point of 190~245 dollars.
I am in Europe, specifically the Czech Republic
I would like to see a specific model

The Seasonic Prime series are my no.1 when it comes to stability, reliability and quality in general.

Out of curiosity, why do you need 1 kW with a 4070 Ti?

Edit: This is an English-only forum, by the way. You make everyone's jobs helping you way easier if you translate for yourself instead of forcing us to do it for you (and it's a matter of respect, as well).

AP201 specs say it can take a PSU between 140-180mm in length

Any reputable brand between 550-650w should work for you just fine. You can go higher but the 650w can be called excessive already and spending more money on something more powerful when youre only going to need 30-40% of it is not a good use of cash.

I personally would pair such a system with a quality 750W or similar, and save a few $$. You'll never exceed that anyways.

And please explain by what you mean by "sound".

"Sound" from outside sources will not affect any power supply supply, except, maybe, in the 150dB range (a fighter jet engine during take off).

If you mean interference from EMI/RFI, don't worry about that. Any 1/2 decent PSU can deal with that AS LONG AS your system it properly grounded through your wall outlet to Earth ground.

If you mean fan noise, then I like Seasonic and EVGA power supplies for their low levels of fan noise (please note, I really hate fan noise).

With what we know thus far, I agree with R-T-B and a 750W "quality" supply should support you just fine.

For a specific suggestion, Corsair's RM line is solid and not exorbitantly expensive. I used their 1000W model for a couple of years and had no trouble, nor ever heard it make a noise.

I have a Corsair RM somewhere I've been happy with, I think it's in my server. Corsair has been getting more questionable on the lower end offerings but their midtier to higher end stuff is still worth a look for sure. Just shop around using ones with quality reviews as your filter, and pick on that suits you price wise.

Don't cheap out. My previous 2 I went with the minimum requirement Amazon specials. The smells and clicks and noise were not worth the few bucks I saved.

this guy managed to squeeze in an RTX4080 with an AX1600. The OP will be fine with his 4070Ti

Be Quiet! Straight Power 12 has a 1kW. It's $259 USD, but I don't know how much it is where you can buy it, so I'm sorry if it ends up over your range.
I have the 1200W version and I cannot hear it at all. At your load, the fan probably wouldn't even turn on (I'm assuming that's why you're looking to over-size it).
Other options a little cheaper (listed cheapest to most expensive):
Super Flower Leadex V ($169USD)
Corsair RM1000x ($169USD)
Super Flower Leadex V Platinum Pro (range, but ~$190USD)
Seasonic Vertex GX-1000W (~$215USD)
I'm not sure what you can get where you are, so these are all US Newegg prices and availability. I wanted to give a few options hoping one of them is available to you.

Probably an overpriced seasonic focus based psu. So solid depending on the price.

Going for a kW PSU even despite "only" having an RTX 4070 Ti isn't dumb, or psychotic. It's just "I don't need to question myself anymore" kinda approach. What if the OP ends up configuring a double 4070 Ti build for whatever reason? Then the "extra" capacity comes in handy. What if the OP upgrades their GPU to some RTX 6080 Ti which consumes about 500 Watts? You don't know the OP's intentions so don't blame them.

I'd personally suggest Corsair RM850X or higher. If you're allergic to piracy you could go for a massive Chieftec Proton. My info on everything else is at least 5 years outdated and can't be trusted.

Me too but honestly its sort of a build plan thing given AMD seems to be resisting adoption of it for now. If you generally buy amd you may be able to justify going without.

Reviews of the 750W model confirm that it's based on the Seasonic Focus Gold series, which is older than the Vertex GX gold series I suggested above. The newer series has the new GPU connector built in so you can use a 1-to-1 cable for newer video cards (currently only Nvidia is using it, but as others have said it will probably continue to be used going forward by more cards, especially as improvements are made). It also reviews incredibly well. The older series was good too, so I guess I'd consider that ASUS only if it's significantly cheaper than one of the new Seasonic Vertex GX series (assuming those are available). Seasonic is one of the best brands out there, generally, so whether you buy one of their supplies directly or one that they've built for ASUS (or EVGA, etc.), it still is probably a good PSU. The newer series supplies, as far as I've seen test data for, seem to have better stability on the 12V bus and allow for larger short-term power excursions. The Nvidia 3000 series (mainly 3080+) had huge current spikes and it really caused chaos on a lot of existing power supplies that had previously performed fine. Supplies released since then are much better at handling that kind of load than older supplies, so if I was buying today, I'd want something released in the last ~1.5years.

Seasonic although it don't have to be a plat one.

Kinda wounder how long mine will last as it gets so frigging hot, and i mean real hot!. Wish i got a Seasonic once again tbh at least on some of those you have a little fan control.
Hot certainly doesn't sound that great. Sorry to hear that.

Fan control shouldn't be a buying criterion when your case has a bottom PSU compartment. Mine does, which means there is no airflow to the PSU when its fan is turned off, resulting in my Seasonic switching its own fan on and off in semmi-passive mode when the computer is idle, which is way more annoying than just leaving it constantly on.

Unless by "fan control" you mean the ability to turn the semi-passive mode off, for which the Seasonic Prime series has a button on the back.

The latter, i don't like passive mode on either PSU or GFX cards they have caps that are heat sensitive. I just did not have the option to pick at the time.

I'd probably hear the fan too if my case was at the bottom of the case, As my PC is at ear height when sitting.

The fan on this PSU is just not aggressive enough imo.
