Powercolor Red Devil RX5700 XT VSOC issue ?

Looking some help to fix my RX5700xt
The card is lighting up, NO fans spinning and is reading Adapter not found on AMDFLASH in DOS.

Also getting the OLF01 error.

I am pretty sure that its either the BIOS chips or possibly a short in the board.

From metering the board I have found what looks like an issue on the VSOC section.
You can see the test below. The ohm meter is reading 4.7 ohm. On my working Red devil RX5700xt this reading is 2.8 ohm

Has anyone ever repaired this. I diagnosed this by watching an online vid and the guy pinned the issue the same as mine and then removed the R33 ( big grey chip). It was in a different language and i have no idea if he fixed it.

Any help would be welcome. The price of GPU's at the moment is nuts so id love to get this repaired.

Just an update, as no one seems to be interacting.
After doing quite a few checks stabbing the board with the mutilmeter. There is no obvious issues.
I suspect that its three things
1. the bios chips have both been damaged beyond repair and so they cannot be recognised or a new bios uploaded.
2. A mosfet is not working. So far all mosfets have an output that i have checked so far.
3. A capacitor somewhere is shorting. Tho iam not getting any irregular heat sources.
4. The navi chip is faulty.

Next step is to do a manual bios flash through an eeprom bios programmer.

Sorry I can't help, but perhaps the higher resistance is contributing to the issue where you are measuring in the pic.
Have you tested the power circuitry around the inputs?
A Bios flash with a programmer may help restore the card too.

i have also been working on my XFX 5700 XT Raw II.
are card are very similar.
im not the original owner of the card as i bought it used and i have been in contact with original owner and might have the original receipt coming in a few days so i can give that to XFX and RMA this board although i have collected alot of data on my card by stabbing similar to you.

is there someone here i can speak with that can help?
i just listed my computer on FB thinking well no gpu and prices are expensive and maybe i can trade for an xbox series x eventhough i dont have a gpu.
thinking the original owner might not come through with the receipt monday like he said.
is there someone i should talk to here?
