Mods:
- Planned and measured project on paper- Completely stripped and cleaned old case- Removed unnecessary parts (standoffs, etc.)- Cut fan holes + screw holes- Cut motherboard screw holes- Attached laser cut parts form "The Laser Hive"- Re-Soldered front panel buttons to be compatible with current standards- Installed MacOS (Hackintosh)

I love the aesthetic of old PC cases and I am a huge fan of the old and original Apple designs (Steve Jobs Era). I wanted a worthy successor for my Mac Pro 5.1 (The first real computer (not laptop) I ever owned). Whilst scrolling through Instagram I saw a picture of a mod of the old G4, but that person changed a lot more of the outer visuals resulting in the loss of the traditional look. So I took it upon myself to build a modern, well cooled PC/Hackintosh in the G4 Quicksilver case, whilst trying to keep as much of the original case and PC as possible. My finished mod is still very upgradable and the temps are surprisingly cool for a case that small and cramped.
