The log file shows your CPU is running at a steady 46.00 multiplier. Temperatures are good and there are no signs of any throttling. If you want to do some overclocking you can try increasing the multiplier to 48, 49 or 50. Will it make a noticeable difference? Probably not.
The C0% is over 90% at times and reached 100% at the start of your log file. This means your CPU is fully loaded. It is doing all it can do. When C0% gets this high, you might get some stutters in game. A 6 core / 6 thread CPU without hyper threading used to be enough computing power once upon a time. It is no longer enough for smooth game play for the game you are trying to play and the background apps you are trying to run.
Start saving up for a 9700K or a 9900K. Used Intel CPUs are usually over priced. You might be better off selling what you have. Buy a 13th or 14th Gen Core i system if you are sticking with Intel. A new 13600K supports 20 threads and is about the same price as a used 9900K.
