I certainly didn't change it. It means that they sold it as a new one but no. Can I resolve with another BIOS?

Ok I want you to follow my directions really carefully.

Remove the GPU driver for just the video card itself.

Then I want you to back up your current bios file

Yes You can but we need to do 1 experiment.

The first mistake you made was buying anything with vertex3d label on it. This company is known of manufacturing the cheapest but also the worst and with extremely high failure rates radeons. If you google something like "vertex3d radeon failed" you will see a lot of results, some of them describing cards fail after very short time of usage, like 3 weeks or 2 months.

I know many shops stopped selling vertex3d cards because of these reasons. Just there was too many RMA cases and it made no sense to sell these cards.

On your particular case i would just return the card and buy anything else instead.

instead.

I bought it 5 years ago and it still works. Due to the fact that the VTX3D is very bad I can only agree with you having sold a card with the corrupted or wrong bios to me (I don't know which of the two things).
However after the update bios works everything as it should work. Take a look:

I really thank everyone for your patience and support. Thank you so much.

PS .: I installed the latest adrenalin 19.4.1 drivers and they are wonderful.

I learned as I went, I just know how to search the database

It's a legitimate card unlike all the fake green cards floating around.

It just had a modded bios on it for mining.

This particular one is also a power color, no big deal considering Palit/XpertVision and Gainward are the exact same.
