Hello,

I recently changed my computer today to do some tests with 3dmark on the new computer I found that the graphics oc is not stable.

Old PC:
- Q6600 @ 3.2
- Asus P5K-e
- Thermaltake lite power 700w
- Msi gtx670 oc edition power

New PC:
- 3570k @ 4.2
- Z77x-UD3H gigabyte
- Thermaltake lite power 700w
- Msi gtx670 oc edition power

This is the OC I had before and no problems

Now in the new pc this is the most we've gotten

What can it be? Could it be the PSU?

I have seen with the GPU-Z to change the values afterburner, I formatted the PC a few times if software issue. I changed drivers but the result is the same.

THX!

Its possible your original OC wasn't stable to begin with. 3dmark isn't the greatest at fishing out unstable GPU OCs. Try using Unigine Heaven 4.0 as a stability test. Also, what is the factor that is showing you instability? Artifacting? Crashing?

Yea, 3DMark is the bad choice for testing GPU stability. For example, I can overclock my MSI GTX660Ti PE really high and loop 3DMark many times, but, say, Unigine 4.0 or Crysis 3 do crash the card within a matter of minutes. Try using an older version of MSI Afterburner, like 2.2.3.

faster cpu feeds more data to gpu.
gpu now is stressed more and is less stable at unstable clocks.

Hi!

I need your help to expliqueis me this:

As you may already without the OC I have that I did not mark anything afterburner. Now that would make sense puediera not climb more than 60/65 would be coming near the top.

stock clock is 1020, but 1215 marks me! Where does the OC??
