Hello.. my english is not very good ... sorry I have an ASUS Strix GTX970 that at maximum load only takes me 15 fraps the clock of the GPU happens to its state but I notice that the memories continue working just as if it were in a desk, that is to say, there is no "pass band", lift VRAMs and replace them with new ones and the problem persists ... any suggestion is welcome. regards

You may want to rephrase everything and separate everything you are saying into proper sentences.

So your card dose not clock up when gaming ? did you try to clean your drivers with DDU from Safe Mode and reinstalling the latest WHQL drivers from nVidia ?

the problem is the fact, that graphics card just uploads 15 fraps in any game, but in the desk work normal and show all properties in the GPU-Z , I replaced the VRAM in the PCB but work same. I continue working any result I will share.
