So i built a new PC like 30 minutes ago. And already there are problems.

1. One of the fans on GPU (RTX 2060 super) is making a loud buzzing sound like blades are hitting something as they spin. But there is nothing there.
2. I can't see my M.2 SSD in Windows 10. It is connected properly.
3. I'm not really sure did i connect CPU power properly. My PSU is very good. Corsair TX850W Gold semi modular PSU. This power supply has only one 8pin power connector for CPU. But this motherboard has 2 CPU power connectors. 1 X 8pin and 1 x 4 pin. First time i see this extra 4 pin connector on some motherboard.

Ok

1. That sounds like a bad fan. If you can take it back to where you got it and get a replacement.
2. Is the M2 an NVME drive? If so you may to have to enable it in the BIOS.
3. Unless you are doing LN2 OC there is no need for the extra 4 pin to be connected.

Please fill out your system specs so we can see, for example, what motherboard you have.

It is possible the 4-pin comes from the 24-pin main motherboard connector. Old boards used 20-pin. So newer PSUs came with a 20+4 pin connector where the 4-pin part would break away.

I agree it sounds like a bad fan for you card. If you carefully flick it with your finger, does it make the noise?

The 4 pin connector is not necessary as this is a AM4 board. They all come with extra power and you have the 3600 which is a 65W TDP processor.

For the RTX 2060 super, this happen to me and many also with the Ryzen 3000. One fan would spin up really fast at the begining boot up. It's annoying but you will have to get use to it. there currently no fix for it.

This is post:

For NVme. Check in the BIOS make sure is enable. Once you enable, sometime it wont pop up. Hit the windows key and type> create and Format partition> click on it > check if you see a disk that has a black bar, just right click and format to create new.

Since you have Ryzen 3600, it doesn't need the extra 4 pins. just use the 8 pin. It has enough power. you can check manual. Also, it doesn't hurt if you plug in the additional 4 pins.

OK. I solved everything in the meantime. The fans on GPU spin up to 100% on PC startup. Guess that's just something i'll have to live with. Fan noise was caused by a tiny piece of transparent foil next to the fan. Installed windows 10 on M.2 SSD. Found it in BIOS. Everything looks OK now.

Just one more question. Why does it say in BIOS that my RAM is running at 2400MHz, when it is 3000MHz RAM?

Because you have to set the memory speed manually or use an XMP profile. I don't recommend the latter on Ryzen 3000 though.
Don't forget to set the sub-timings.

I set XMP in BIOS. RAM now runs at declared 3000MHz.
