@W1zzard I would like to propose the following under the software section.
Homelab
Administration (server network etc)
Defense:
We have many categories and sub forums under hardware. Arguable some of which are not even used that often. Examples of this would immediately be Crypto currency and mining followed by Virtual/Augmented reality.
Understandably there is infact alot of discussion happening in the threads active in those categories by those that are interested in the topic. I am simply referencing the total topic counts to drive home that a sub-forum is not necessarily weighed by topic count alone and more so the information provided within said topics is what gives worth to the forum itself.
That said I think many in the fields above are on the forums or interested in the field(s) in general. As such I would like to request that the topics listed or similar to the ones requested be added so that people with similar interests have a better way of expressing the ideals and information they share without losing such conversations in the vast seas of the broader forums.
Additionally I would like to add that I do understand that this forum is mixed and the focus is in itself technology. I would like to clarify that a benefit to the addition of these forums would be a broader pool of information being provided in the forum.
