I use my PS2 controller on my PC occasionally. I just found a USB - controller port adaptor.

Ive used the PS3 controller to play games on the PC. It can be really moody for it to work, and sometimes requires you to reset your PC.

I always used it on USB.

MGS 2 was released on PC, and when Metal Gear Rising was announced they said it was going to be released on PS3, 360 and PC.

btw google motion joy thats the better way to use the PS3 controller the above link is for xp32bit only and that usb driver can sometimes fuck up all usb devices on newer oses that said i did the work for you

The original Metal Gear Solid was on pc too, its my favourite port.
I even heard some people way back got a wii mote to work good in Half Life 2.

Original MGS is on PC as well. MGS 2 is rough to configure for gamepads because it uses 2 extra buttons than the console versions. MGS 3 can be played on PCSX 2, if it is compatible yet, havent' checked. I use Logitech PS2 wireless controllers w/USB adapter for PS1 & PS2 emulators, when they work that is. MGS Rising should be compatible with Xbox 360 controller on PC as well. I prefer using that one when I can.
