PSU-650watt can handle i5 2500k+560ti SLI or not??

Guys i have plan to build this RIG:

-i5 2500k @ 4-4.5 GHZ (plan to OC)
-GTX 560ti SOC 'SLI' ( Calibre 560ti Lite+MSI 560ti HAwk [all 950mhz core clock])
-MSI p67a-GD55 (SLI & CF ready)
-any (2x2)4 GB DDR3 dual channel PC12800
-1 HDD 7200rpm 500gb + 1 DVDrom sata

can my PSU 'Seasonic 650 watt SS-650AT Active PFC F3' handle this future RIG?

CPU is gonna pull like 130W at that clock, and it looks like the cards are similar at stock with 135W. We are at like 400W without GPU overclocks, I think you should be fine!

+12v = 53 A (single rail)
+3.3 v = 25 A
+5v = 25 A

Yes sir you are all set. As a matter if fact I think this will bring it to 70-80% of it normal load maximum and therefore it will run very efficient while the PC is under load.
