Hello All,
Been planning on building a new ryzen build for a while, for now i have a
Ryzen 3 3300X
MSI MAG B550M Mortar
500GB 970 Evo plus nvme
1TB MX500 sata SSD (from current pc)
1TB HDD sata (from current pc)
GSkill DDR4 3600 2x16GB memory and a corsair hydro H60 cooler
Palit GTX 1070 Super jetstream (from curent pc)
the PSU is what im missing now,
by probably the end of next year, i would probably get a Ryzen 7 5700X/5800X and an RTX 3070 Ti/Super
I would assume that a 650W PSU is enough, or maybe 700W or 750
would also prefer semi modular to full modular
Was targeting the seasonic focus gold 750 but these things are out of stock in my area, shipping from overseas is impractical as it would double/triple the price
Right now, the models i see around here are the following:
Corsair RM650 (the non-x)
Corsair RM750 (non-x as well)
Coolermaster MWE Gold 750W V2 fully modular
Gigabyte P750GM (this one was just rereleased few months ago, but i see no reviews)
others are some mainsteam ones like seasonic S12III 650W, core gc cold and some toughpower but i only see 850W models.
Would also consider FSP i guess since my current OCZ psu is FSP oem which has been working since around 2011 i think, im still using it now
thoughts?
edit:
just saw in some forums that the focus series of seasonic seems to have issues on some graphics cards
