PSU enough for this setup?

I will probably built a FM1 setup using this:

BOARD http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138334

CPU http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106001

HDD (Already have it) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136513

and 2 sticks of 4 gigs ddr3-1866mhz.

Using this setup with onboard video only, a dvd burner and a case with one 120mm fan will I have enough power from a 365w psu?

I have this old model but almost new Enermax ATX 24P VER. 1.3

+5.5VSb 2.2A
+3.3V & 5V 185W
Total power 350W

Yes your fine. That memory is an overkill. Make sure the brand and type of memory is on the list of supported memory for that board. Memory is the #1 cause of problems with HTPC

Memory is overkill but damn cheap and leave place for further upgrade when ill get more money for a better psu, hdd and pci-e vid card

Got it for free from local store who give me dead psu's. The guy told me "Here we dont mess around with broken psus. I figured out the trouble was only that the 110/210 volts switch on the psu was at 220.

Brought it back to the store he tested it and ran fine !

I have a ENERMAX 500W Liberty and It has powered all of my PCs even i7 overclocked and 8800GTS 640mb SLIed with amd quad at 3.9ghz.

Its a very nice PSU for its time!
