I'm thinking of buying this display card. Is this compatible with psu? Thanks.

What display card? And that PSU would likely support it, I would pick a more reputable brand PSU like Seasonic or EVGA.

Sirtec built, no 80+rating (not listed anyway) .... sure, if you already have that PSU but I definitely wouldn't buy it.

Scroll down a bit. It says 80 PLUS Bronze. But something is lost in translation as it also says "Offer 85% minimum efficiency at 50% load."

And what's a "golf" surfaced fan?

Sorta like the max power output specs.

+5V x 22A = 110W
+3.3V x 22A = 72.6W

110W + 72.6W = 182.6W ≠ 130W

+12V1 x 35A = 420W
+12V2 x 35A = 420W

420W x 2 = 840W ≠ 600W

The -12V and +5Vsb specs are correct(mathematically).

Dual rails on a budget 700w PSU does not scream quality. I would go with another brand
Look how far down the list it is and the Bronze cert is pending . Get a better quality 500w

Last time I saw a highpower be tested it blew up so I would not touch it with a 10000' barge pole with 60 condoms covering it that's how bad these things are stay well away buy a better name brand like Seasonic or Silverstone or corsair or any number of well known brands but please don't buy that piece of junk from HighPower

That said, not buying that as effective or efficient - sounds like a marketing gimmick to me. If it was a valid fan feature, airplane and boat props would all be dimpled - as would airplane wings. Golf balls are dimpled so they will slip through the air with minimum resistance and friction. That's what the leading edge of the fan blades are for - to slice into the air. Beyond that leading edge, the blades are then designed to scoop up and push along the maximum amount of air - so friction would be desired.

I look for 10 / 10 on Performance and Build Quality for highly iberclocked builds.... 9.5 / 9.5 on moderate OVCs and 9.0 / 9.0 on budget builds. Here was have a very affordable PSU garnering a 10 / 10 :

it's sorta average at best - not too bad but not too good either

as Bill & others were saying, go with another brand PSU that is more reputable

i'll save some cents to get a better psu, for example Seasonic, Enermax, thermaltake or EVGA, always look for 80+ certificate, bronze at least on any of the mentioned PSU brands,

they seem correct, honestly such a unknown brand makes afraid to test, even on a lab or bench table
