Is there something wrong? I hit 70C. I have never overclocked. My specs are on my "system specs" dropdown menu. Its "2nd System"

Have you cleaned the inside lately? Is this thing old enough to warrant "a changing of the paste"?

Still safe

Intel Q8400
Tcase (CPU temp) = 71C
Tjunction (Core temp) = 76C
Tj Max (Throttle temp) = 100C

The thermal paste may need a change . Check the cooler . Buy a new one .

Up to 65C would be better

I mean I honestly dont see anything wrong, I was refurbishing a machine that had one in it the other day and it ran warm. a Thermal job might buy you a few degrees but otherwise I dont think those temps are detrimental. Intel tjmax for that chip is 72C iirc meaning it can run at 72C for sustained amounts of time without issue. If you run above 72c for prolonged amounts of time it could shorten lifespan but your talking a decently long time not a few hours.

My thermal paste is pretty new. It is Zalman STG2 Thermal Gerease.
Take a look inside my case.
Is it dirty? What should i do? Are my temps ok?

Get another fan on that cooler or put 2 matching fans on it temps will def stay lower.

I see absolutely nothing wrong at all with the temps.

It's not overheating. 100+ is overheating. Even 90c is safe as long as it's stable temp.

Ambient Air Temp where Pc is ?
Add Extra Cooling Fans to cooler as mentioned above in push pull config

de-attach the current fan & clips, get to a pc store and get another equal with clips... then atach them do a test, improving airflow will lower temps...

Ambient air temp ( your in a Hot Climate ) has an effect
as a temp cooling measure until you get another fan for a push / pull config you could leave off side panel and use a directed cooling breeze from a stand alone Desktop cooling fan

Considering how hot it is there, yeah, that's not too unexpected for temps. Actually fairly decent. A second fan certainly wouldn't hurt, but I'd say it'd probably do fine as-is too.
