Hi, Another Proven Sweet Chip! (Still have the QX6850 for $375)
SOLD . Enjoy!
I have been looking for a Q9450 or Q9550 chip to replace my Q6600. So, I am interested in this chip. Let me check my finances and I will post again tomorrow. Also would you consider a partial trade and cash or is this a cash only deal.
that's a killer VID btw ^___~
Nice chip man.
thanks guys, it's a sweet chip, i will hate pulling it out of hte maxX, but it cash only for CPU's....
How is it you find the VID's anyway? Ive always wanted to know that.
you can use real temp or core temp and it will show the VID of the chip
Thanks boogah. Found out my chip is a 1.2000v.
that's a nice vid, i see you are running the xeon, pretty sweet , with a TT armour, I have one of those cases, i like mine. It's a big case, but i made some mods and it's coming along pretty sweet...
I still have a 3870x2 if you ever want to go red, lol
Not to thread crap but I noticed the Antec 1200 has been released. Full tower case, all black with cable management options. Right now its $164 with free 3 day. With the promo code given on the page you can get it for 134. Im trying like hell to come up with the scratch to buy it.
is that my old chip? where did you get it?
No, this is my old chip, I got it from New Egg,.
ah... k. ppl have been pasing around my old q9450 for a few months now.
nope didn't get it from Nate, I actually got this chip retail myself.
But i would have to bet that 75% of the stuff sold in this marketplace has passed thru your hands. lol
alot of the maximus formulas here on TPU came from me.
fit your old one went to Karaktu, I'm sure you've seen him around, he's the crazy guy with the highest heat (not kidding, he's number 1)
Almost to 2k
and btw CrashNburnXP, make sure you check via CoreTemp when you have the cpu voltage set to auto in the BIOS otherwise it likely won't be the VID
WTF!? That is seriously a lot of feedback.
That VID is with 1.4v (havent really checked how low i can get it yet) at 3.8GHz rock solid stable.
yep, just saying the VID reading can skew quite significantly when you adjust the voltage
the whole point of the VID is to indicate what voltage intel has designated for that cpu to run at it's specified settings, and therefore the voltage the motherboard automatically sets the cpu to when left on auto
