    yes it seems to me these chip are gonna hit 3.9 maybe 4.0ghz

    Highest I have seen is 3.91ghz, fitseries got his up t 3.8, mine I could boot at 3.85 but not load into windows (which I now think was more due to settings in BIOS rather than chip), but from what I gather, the Q9450 generally tops out around 3.8GHz.

    not sure they can these quads have very low fsbs a Q9650 should come close. Most Q9450 hit 3.6 and very few past 3.7 24/7
