grab the G0 stepping q6600, people have been able to overclock it to 3.8 on air, you should be able to get 4.0 easy on water... or so i would theorize. the 6700 is like a hundred bucks more, i dont think you can get a G0 stepping on it and the q6600 can oc to a q6700 EASY w/ a stock cooler.

Your OC for the q6600 really depends on your motherboard; the prices for the q6600 drop constantly. The price drops started back on July 22, and they have no hint of ceasing.
