hi,guys,I just got a GTX680(a reference model) from a hardcore gamer who went to get some titans....
when I run my card, i can hear some kind of high frequency niose...I stop all the fans and even the card's turbine....noise still there...very hard to hear unless i put my ear near the card....
Is that a quality problem?? I see some guys in the local forums have this problem too....

Do anyone have reference GTX680 have this problem??

should I return the card and get refund??:toast:

Its coil whine - many cards have this problem but nothing to be worried about if it bothers you that much you may rma but there's a high possibility that the new card will do the same.

Make sure its not your Power supply making the noise.

Could be from the power draw from the card.

What Power supply do you have and how many watts does it have on the 12 volt rail?

Some cards do put off a coil whine but have not heard of that in a while.
