I see a few times I think I lag or what not but it may just be the norm for my isp even though all I can tell is it is on cogentco that my provider has no control of or they claim anyway.

Get a different ISP as many use them as the "bad guy" on oversold bandwidth and shaping.

I only have 2 choices here.
Suddenlink Cable or AT&T DSL
I have had both but the Suddenlink is faster and usually runs problem free. I was just thinking about how much this would effect a game like BF3
