Question about radiator and number of fans ?

I have a single radiator for cooling, and i was running it with one fan in front, one behind push/pull etc, however, i have spare fans and rigged one onto the radiator so now it has two on the front and one on the back, im also thinking of adding a fourth to the back so its 2x2 in push pull, haha, two on the front and two on the back.

Is this crazy? What im concerned with is that if some fans rpm is different, could it cause some to burn out due to the different speeds rotating at?
Like a backpressure scenario, with one fan forcing the next one to under or over rotate thus creating friction or irregular voltage /heat in the fan motors?

typically stacking fans is not very productive temperature wise. If you did in fact see temperature drop when you added the dual push, then by all means the principle is the same and in theory should show gains, just as the stack on front did.

one fan on front and one on back i guess its better or you can put bigger fan on it so it would create better airflow

Typically a fan with more static pressure is greater than stacking 2 fans. Purchase a couple Scythe Juni's or Gentle Typhoons and dont worry about having more than 2.

Thankyou everyone, it seems like its hardly worth it, might as well just buy two hi performance fans as suggested, i just love to experiment as we probably all do.
