Is there any form of audio acceleration these days?

I remember AMD's TrueAudio DSP, but it didn't become mainstream in PCs (unlike consoles).

Intel also has a similar DSP solution, but I don't think it's available for gaming usage.

And then we have this:

Does MS XAudio2_9 or Realtek audio drivers (the most common solution) use CPU SIMD acceleration at the very least?

The best I could find was this, but it's not part of Windows as a system library:

Audio hardware acceleration (offload) can be present, but is present in some very low power devices as a power saving solution.
CPU FPU usage, i don't know.

I'm talking about PCs, not mobile devices.
I'm talking about Windows devices such as tablets and phones.
Offloading was introduced in Windows 8.1.

I thought Windows Phone was dead?
It is dead, but a few years ago it was present.
The support was not removed.
PCs do not use the offloading technique.
