did you guys install the Athlon x2 dual core fix too? I did, don't know if was what I was suppose to do. If not, what did you guys use.

I have an Opty 165 on XP and have the dualcore optimiser installed, no problems with it. I can't compare performance before/after as I've used it since I got the chip, but it doesn't do any harm!

yes it does work, i checked via atitools fuzzy cube. before: core0=100%, core1=0%; after: both cores 50%.
