I need to know one thing: does this motherboard from Intel have WIfi pre-installed or do I need to buy a seperate Wifi chip. Should I get one of Amazon, because I want this board.

That's all - no other discussion, Please

H770 is the name of an Intel chipset. What is on a particular motherboard model depends on what the designer working for the motherboard manufacturer decided for that particular model. And since you do not describe to us the name of the motherboard you have chosen, we will have to talk purely theoretically. So, write the make and model of the motherboard you are asking about, it is not prohibited by the forum rules.

This thread requires further discussion as you haven't told us WHAT Motherboard, only a chipset.

I'm securing a motherboard with 5.0 PCie capability AND w/o Wifi - that is my Mission here.//

ASUS Prime H770-PLUS, an Intel® H770 LGA 1700 ATX motherboard with PCIe 5.0, three PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, DDR5, Realtek 2.5Gb Ethernet, DisplayPort, HDMI™, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C®, Thunderbolt™ (USB4®) support, Aura Sync

Ok , now I realized I also need 1 more thing. Have time for it, brother?

The same criteria yet also actually edge; meaning it support ECC encoding.

It looks like the 790 series and also 770 don't support ECC encoding, or only don't have their 4.0 PCIe slots but could actually support it for their 5.0 PCIe slots?? [Confusing. Any thoughts? - it would be optimal to have ECC on every single PCIe drive slot.

Ecc encoding just means the motherboard will have a better chance of lasting 3-10 years and the data wont get corrupted nearly as easily. That's how I understand it.

If you open the link in post #5 you will read that ECC support for memory depends on the CPU. I3-14100 does not support ECC, i5-14600K does. Check your choosen CPU at Intel.com

You are mistaken about what ECC is and what it does. It has no bearing on lifetime of motherboard.

True, increased rates of data corruption are probably good for the motherboard's longevity.
