Quick question about Dell's

Just increase the size of the pagefile. Spending $50 on a 5 year old pc isnt worth it.

In addition to the Paging File (virtual memory) there are other "optimization" items you can adjust. For example disabeling "Fast user switching" in the Config settings should allow the memory to be cleared before the next user starts using his/her profile. Be sure to remove any uneeded browser software not being used, like AOL. Use the search function after add/remove to find "hidden" files and delete them from the bottom of search list to the top, one at a time.
