1. On the downside with the PSU being a "Green GP480A-EU Plus (480W 80+ Bronze) ", Im not enthused.

2. On the upside, Its a mini ... so will lose less power.

3. On the downside, that 197 watts is before the 20% increase ya get from MSI AB so figure 240 for a real car, again lot less for a mini

I think you will be OK if stay away from Oc'ing ... not so much concerned about the wattage as the quality

Ok. sure

I'm Just a Casual Gamer. I just Want to Play Games with High to Ultra settings, 900p or 1080p @60fps.
Just that. NO Overclocking and No any other demanding works. Just Gaming

You should look for a EVGA GQ PSU if its available in your country. They were selling very cheaply at one point (£61 for a 650w) their price has gone up by about £25 here but some countries still might be selling them cheap. Their GQ PSUs are made by FSP so you are 100% getting a quality bit of kit

Yep, and how about that 197<200

But it is close. ;)

So,
with all that.

Am I good with my PSU for GTX 1070 mini? :D:D

Personally, I wouldn't trust it. It will probably be fine, but it is definitely cutting it close, IMO. PSUs are pretty cheap, get a good one and you won't regret it, get a cheap one and you might...

And power supplies aren't really that expensive as it is, just get a good one and not have to worry.

That's NOT the power numbers for the Zotac Mini!

They aren't going to be that much different. In fact, from what I've seen the Zotac 1070 Mini actually consumes about 20w MORE than a founders edition 1070. So probably about 165-170w, and that is before adjusting the power limit.

To me, the cost of a good power supply is cheap compared to the price of that 1070 and the rest of the system. I've seen too many components lost to cheap PSUs to recommend anyone use them, especially with higher end components like a 1070.

Will the current PSU be good enough? Maybe. Would I be willing to risk it to save $55 on buying a good quality PSU? Nope.
