Thanks The_Driverx , i know it is a risk but i need to flash it or tell me if i have other solution.
Videocard works ok in safe mode or without drivers installed , lastest and old drivers give me black screen after windows logo or grey screen when game load.
Tried everything , ddu , registry clean , etc.
Is there anything to try before bios flash ?

Was there any major software changes? (Windows Updates, other driver updates). Also, how are the temps? If the temps are a little high, maybe check fans are working and clean any dust out. Have you had this card for a while? New or used? Problem just started or has been happening?

i did some windows updates (some failed) , temps when gaming were about 80 to 100C then i opened clean dust and change termal paste. i have this card for a little more than a year.
problem started with screen flicking , then i have a bsod "atikmpag.sys"
now im using ati radeon hd6780 without problems , but i want to revive my r7 370

Although GPUs are able to be pushed to 100 degrees C° (+/-), that is too warm. The BSOD is most likely from the GPU overheating (GPU gets too hot to function and BAM, driver and/or kernel halts, thus "crashing" the OS. Try to get the temps down (around 65 degrees C°). Ramp the fan profile up to 100% (which can be done threw the AMD software center). Then play a game to see if it crashes (instantly or delayed with temp monitor). Anyways, that the best I can do for you... Without being there, it's kinda tough to diagnose.

Oh, I almost for got... I had a similar issue with a EVGA 650 TI Boost Superclocked, which I had thermal pasted and then had it overheat running Valley Benchmark (it reached 110 degree C° in seconds). Shut it down, took a look at it... Thermal pads weren't even touching the memory modules! Order new thermal pads (good ones) and long story short... I had damaged it due to overheating... Only ONE time, that's all it took! Now, that's not always the case, but now I have to reduce it's core/memory frequency (via flash modified bios) to be usable (it will end up being used as a media card). So, worst case, that could be your issue, which their would be nothing you could do about it.

Are the thermal pads stuck to the heat sink or body/frame of the GPU? You won't find thermal pads sticking to the memory module (most times anyways).

Um... There better be thermal pads for the memory modules and VRM's. Otherwise, that's not good.

Can you provide us with complete system specs?

You may need to test the card in another machine.

Try older drivers and make sure chipset drivers are installed, if it fails then that card is damaged

Try messaging @XFXSupport for assistance, otherwise you are up a creek with no paddle, have you taken the card apart and reapplied thermal compound/replaced pads?
