I noticed it appeared new 280 bios here on techpowerup so i wanted to play around with one 7950 i had here. After flash everything was fine Vbe7 modded ofc for id change (it changed to 200 series) but voltage seems bugged. It's stuck at 0.999 so every game or benchmark crash right away with display stop responding. VRM Unknown, maybe voltage controller is not supported?

This is bios i was talking about : http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/156307/sapphire-r9280x-3072-140220.html

If anyone have any idea or some other 280 bios it would be appreciated. :)

Congrats! What's the highest core clock you've managed? I can do 1200 with my R9 280 on stock voltage. Anything over and I get artifacts.

How can I upload my Club3D BIOS to the vBIOS collection?

It is an Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X R2 with two 8 pins. I think i has 7970 PCB becouse even 280X vapor-X bios was working.

Anyway highest i did is 1175/1575 but for stability i just use clocks above.
