R9 290 Bios Flash

Sorry to bother you guys, Ive never made an account but have been using this site for years, I need help finding a program to flash a 290 to a 290x, There was a program called hawaiinfo12 that would help you identify IF it was even possible to flash your 290 to a 290X bios revision, I have scoured the internet but all the links ive come across are dead, I was wondering if anyone had happened to still have this program / archived it somewhere.... I tried posting on /g/ on 4chan but they all just kinda memed that im using an old card, true but its all i can afford right now. I would just like to get the rough ~5% increase in power that the bios revision helps with, I have everything I need i just dont want to risk breaking the card by jumping into a bios flash when im not even sure if the card is capable of being flashed in the first place.

It includes atiflash.exe, an Asus 290x rom, hp format tool, and the windows 98 boot files. It also includes Memory Info, and Hawaii Info.

You cant just flash an asus bios to a sapphire card and it work. You must use an asus bios for an asus card etc.

And FYI a 290 can OC Higher than a 290X.

Do they all unlock? I have I couple of old 290s lying around. A power color 290 and a reference that I replaced the blower/cooler with an GELID ICY Vision

Thank you very much the Flash worked, I was not using a bios revision that was given on the internet, I used a MSI bios from a 290X so far it seems stable thank you very much for helping, Obviously days time till tell if its stable but all the compute units and shaders seem to all have unlocked, Not sure if threads have a solved button / completion button but thank you guys

Hawaiiinfo must be extracted into the MemoryInfo folder as it utilizes some of its files.
Run Hawaiiinfo and observe the results.

LOCKED R9 290's will report R1: F8010005 or F8200005

UNLOCKABLE R9 290's will report R1: F8000005
