So out of the blue my R9 290X has decided it wont lower the vRAM frequency when I'm at idle/desktop mode. Instead of running at 150mhz while not under load or running multi monitors it is running full tilt at 1250mhz driving up VRM and GPU temps to around 50-54c idle temp, I haven't done anything to warrant it running at full speed
