I have been testing an MSI Radeon RX 5700 GAMING 8GB (using FurMark ) and noticed that TDP of the card never exceeds 150W ,
Is this an issue? ( the standard TDP of the card is 180W)

Does it clock to specified speeds? Yes? Leave the card alone and quit trying to "max" it.

remember that is the artificially cut down version of the 5700xt, you can easily clock it to the same clocks as the bigger brother and even past it with OC.

My 5700XT is a 225W card yet GPU never exceeds 210W (GPU PPT limit)
180W is for the the whole card. GPU alone may have a limit at 150W to give room for VRAM and Fan power.
What you see in Adrenalin drivers is the GPU alone power, the GPU PPT.
No software is reporting a Radeon total board power like latest nVidias do.

Since I have the Sapphire Pulse of that model let me explain that difference. The 150W PPT limit refers to the power limit of the sum of Core+VRAM+Soc power. Some circuit loss and a few other components (fans) aren't calculated into it so it consumes up to 180W max as a whole board when it shows 150W in the metrics.

I believe that GPU PPT is Cores, cache, soc and memory controller but VRAM is not included in that.
Only what's in the GPU socket.
HWiNFO reports GPU PPT and GPU ASIC Power.
GPU ASIC Power is what Adrenalin drivers show. At least on the 5700XT the GPU PPT and ASIC peak around the same limit. 210W for PPT and 214W for ASIC.
My GPU Memory Power peaks around 25W usually.
Remember that these are peak values and it doesn't mean that those happen on the exact same time. Thats why if you all add them they sum at around 235~240W and that is without the fans power.
225W should be the peak (sum) of everything.
So on this 5700 the 180W should be for everything.
Have you monitor GPU/VRAM clocks on a test/gaming? What about temperatures?
My card is MSI RX 5700XT Gaming X
Better use Unigine's Heaven4.0 or Superposition for testing and leave the unrealistic and brutal Furmark test behind.
