I don't know what the story is with it, other than it's a later version than 18.4.1. And it installed just fine on my R9 280X. So I'm gonna give it a run. I'll let you guys know if I have any problems. ;)

18.4.1 has been available since the April Update dropped (April 30th).

Weird that it says "Q2 2018" for the version.

Probably, Raven Ridge hasn't had much loving since launch. The link kind of stresses Raven Ridge too.

Yep its for the Raven Ridge, im surprised it took them that long because there were no driver updates since the APUs launched.
