From multiple crappy LED jobs from Microcenter back in the day when I didn't know any better to specific crazy colors and such for specific build themes I have spent hundreds of dollars on freaking fans in my lifetime. And yet I still need to buy more (as now, finally, I look for quality and low noise over physical characteristics).
So this time I definitely want to 'do it right', especially as it's for my radiator. So looking for those with good static pressure such as the Gentle Typhoons but would also love to not have to drop another $40+ on the ol' pile o spent fan money. Performance PCs pointed me towards the CM Excalibur which look interesting but are priced the same.
TL;DR: I'd love to find a fan with great static pressure for less than $20 but I'm not sure such exists. Bueller?
