Hi everyone. Im not very tech savvy when it comes to pc. I'm wondering if my Asus prime b450 plus motherboard paired with Ryzen 7 3700x and Nvidia geforce rtx 2060 6gb can support 3200mhz ram speed at 16gb?

Forgot to mention there is 4 slots for memory so I'm guessing it's a duel core or something?
