@Duplix Next time, please have the common courtesy to not hijack an existing thread. Instead, start your own.

As for your problem, you would know the answer if you had done any research at all: first-generation Ryzen CPUs like yours have notoriously poor memory controllers that only officially support up to DDR4-2666 for 2 sticks. 4 sticks is basically a complete bust on these CPUs, you are likely looking at running DDR4-2400 or similar to get any sort of stability. DDR4-2933 will be the absolute maximum that you might be able to achieve with a massive amount of tweaking.

I tried to change the values in my BIOS, PC boots and then crashes with a bluescreen.
Changed the following:

RAM Voltage to 1.360V (It runs at 1.368V).
Any tips?

As you can see here:

Gigabyte boards (like mine too) tend to give about +0.010V (10mV) over the setting on the DRAM.
If you want to test more voltage to see of you have stability with XMP profile try set it to 1.38~1.39V and that will give DRAM about 1.39~1.40V

Also what version of BIOS for the board are you running?

I've had the same issue on my Ryzen 7 2700x CPU and a Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming motherboard when it came to using an XMP profile on a pair of G.Skil F4-3200C14-8GFX. XMP 2.0 is enabled using the Profile1 setting in the BIOS. I don't use EZOCTuner -3200 and instead just set everything to AUTO with the only selection being XMP Profile1.

I'd play a game, doesn't matter which one, Back 4 Blood, Halo, or even Roblox (my kid) - it would randomly crash or give a fatal error. I played around with voltages bumping it from 1.35 to 1.37 and all the way to 1.40 with no difference.

Leaving it back to AUTO, I finally flashed by BIOS to the latest version and the problem seems to have dissapered. Try flashing your BIOS using your MOBO utility app and see how that goes.
