turned pc on tonight after work, and after a few minutes i got a windows error saying superfecth had stopped working, then svchost was closing and my wireless network lost its connection.

i rebooted and ran spybot s+d, only came up with the usual (tracking cookies etc, no real threats) installed and ran avg and half way through the scan my pc froze, i had to hard reboot to fix it, upon doing so i went into bios and undone my oc just incase it was hardware related, rebooted once more. tried to run avg again and halfway through i got a bsod, somthing about "irq less or not equal"

anyways i cant figure out what the hell is going on so i posted a hijackthis log in the hopes someone might be able to tell me wether theres anything there that might be causing this weird behaviour.

You don't have to worry about it. I think hijackthis can't read or view the full contents of the files since you are running the processes. CTRL+ALT+DEL > Processes > See all those svchost.exe, lsass..

Hmmm... Yes. Those are missing Windows services and system files. I think you may want to do a re-install. Hey, at least you can still backup your files.:D

Its gonna depend on what u are running. Go to Start > Run > Services. This shows a list of what u are and not running. If the service is on it should say started. Svchost.exe is the process of the services. There are many of them which indicates a group or individual service. And you have mentioned superfetch has stopped. Go all the way down to superfetch right click > properties > Startup type> automatic > Apply. Then click start and exit window.
